The base URL is not browsable: every request needs a client certificate and a Bearer JWT, so opening it in a browser returns 403. Call it with curl or from your integration — see Authentication.

Each environment has its own mTLS CA, JWT audience and database, so a certificate or token issued for one environment does not work on another — see Authentication.
